How the engagement runs

  1. Brief and scope lock

We confirm licence class, product lines, review window, and document access. You receive a written scope note before fieldwork begins.

  2. Evidence collection

Your team shares policy packs, sample files, and system extracts. We schedule walkthroughs in Taipei, Pingtung, or by secure video for distributed teams.

  3. Testing and challenge

Auditors test controls against stated procedures, flag gaps, and discuss provisional findings with process owners before the letter is finalised.

  4. Findings delivery

You receive a ranked findings letter, evidence index, and a closing briefing. Follow-up clarification calls are included for fourteen days.

Typical duration: Typically four to six weeks from scope lock to findings letter

Delivery: Hybrid — on-site sessions in Taiwan where useful, with remote document review between visits

Preparation: Nominate a single audit liaison, freeze major policy drafts for the sampling window, and reserve two half-days for walkthroughs
