Process
From brief to findings letter
Audits for fintech succeed when everyone knows the rhythm. This page shows how Connectivity Cloud runs an engagement before you ever open a shared folder.
-
1. Brief intake
You send licence status, product lines, and the review window. We confirm conflict checks and reply within two business days with fit or a polite decline.
-
2. Scope lock
A written scope note fixes sample populations, sites, deliverables, and fee. Fieldwork does not start until both sides sign the note.
-
3. Evidence pull
Your liaison gathers policy packs and extracts. We provide a checklist so operations are not inventing folders under pressure.
-
4. Walkthroughs
On-site or hybrid sessions test how KYC, settlement, and complaint handling actually run. Staff keep their day jobs; we work in half-day blocks.
-
5. Challenge round
Provisional findings are discussed with process owners. Factual corrections are welcome; ranking disagreements are recorded, not erased.
-
6. Findings delivery
You receive the letter, evidence index, and a closing briefing. Clarification calls remain open for fourteen days.
Typical calendars
